POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
1. General Rules
- Age Requirement: Renters must be at least 21 years old. Operators must be at least 16 years old and have a valid boating license or complete a safety briefing.
- ID and Documentation: Valid government-issued ID is required for all rentals.
- Waiver: All renters and operators must sign a liability waiver before rental.
2. Safety Regulations
- Life Jackets: Life jackets are mandatory for all operators and passengers at all times.
- Safety Briefing: All renters must attend a safety briefing before operating the watercraft.
- Alcohol and Drug Use: Operating a watercraft under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited.
3. Rental Procedures
- Reservation: Advanced reservations are recommended. Walk-ins are subject to availability.
- Rental Duration: Rentals are available on an hourly (walk-in only), two hour, half-day, and full-day basis. Late returns will incur additional charges.
- Deposit: A security deposit is required and will be refunded upon safe and timely return of the watercraft.
4. Operating Rules
- Speed Limits: Obey all speed limits and local regulations. Speeding is prohibited in no-wake zones.
- Distance: Maintain a safe distance from other vessels, swimmers, and shorelines.
- Restricted Areas: Do not enter restricted areas such as swimming zones, private docks, or wildlife sanctuaries.
5. Environmental Responsibility
- Littering: Do not litter. Dispose of all trash properly upon return.
- Fueling: Refuel the watercraft at designated fueling stations only. Report any spills immediately.
- Wildlife: Do not disturb marine life or their habitats.
6. Damage and Liability
- Inspection: Inspect the watercraft for any damage before departure. Report any pre-existing damage immediately.
- Damage Responsibility: Renters are responsible for any damage incurred during the rental period.
- Accidents: Report any accidents or injuries to Power Watercraft Rental LLC immediately.
7. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund. No-shows or late cancellations will be charged the full rental fee.
- Weather Policy: Rentals may be rescheduled or refunded in the event of severe weather conditions.
8. Prohibited Actions
- Towing: Towing other watercraft or objects is not permitted.
- Night Operation: Operating watercraft after sunset and before sunrise is prohibited.
- Unauthorized Areas: Do not beach or dock the watercraft in unauthorized areas.
9. Compliance and Enforcement
- Compliance: All renters and operators must comply with these rules and regulations.
- Violation Penalties: Violations may result in immediate termination of rental without refund, forfeiture of security deposit, and potential legal action.

CANCELLATION POLICY
At Power Watercraft Rental LLC, we strive to provide our customers with a seamless and enjoyable rental experience. To ensure fairness and clarity, we have established the following cancellation policy:
No Show Policy
- Timeliness: All renters are required to arrive at least 15 minutes before their scheduled pickup time for check-in and briefing.
- Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes past your scheduled pickup time, it will be considered a no-show. As a result:
- You will forfeit your rental reservation.
- 50% of your deposit will be charged.
- If you still wish to rent the jet ski, an additional fee equivalent to one hour of rental will be charged, subject to availability.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations Made More Than 5 Days Before Reservation: If you cancel your reservation more than 5 days before the scheduled pickup time, you will receive a full refund and your deposit.
- Cancellations Made Less Than 5 Days Before Reservation: If you cancel your reservation less than 5 days before the scheduled pickup time, the full rental price will be refunded but the full deposit amount will be forfeited.
Rescheduling Policy
- Rescheduling Requests: Rescheduling requests made more than 5 days before the scheduled pickup time will be accommodated based on availability without any additional charge.
- Rescheduling Within 5 Days: Rescheduling requests made less than 5 days before the scheduled pickup time will be treated as a cancellation. The full rental price will be refunded, the entire deposit will be forfeited, and you will need to make a new reservation.
Weather-Related Cancellations
- Unsafe Conditions: In the event of unsafe weather conditions as determined by Power Watercraft Rental LLC, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation for safety reasons. If this occurs:
- You will be given the option to reschedule your reservation at no additional cost.
- If rescheduling is not possible, you will receive a full refund or a gift card option
Refund Process
- Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of cancellation confirmation.
- Method of Refund: Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
-Refund can also be issued in the form of a gift card used exclusively at Power Watercraft Rental LLC.
